I’ve worked this industry from bottom to top. After going to college for the necessary certifications in residential, commercial and light industrial service, I worked as a technician. In 2011 I became Master Heat Pump Certified through the Arizona Heat Pump Council.
I’ve worked as a Service Tech, Lead Service Tech, Estimator and Service Manager. After 8 years and several companies, it seemed all the focus was on sales, with very little regard for what the customer actually needed. My goal of giving each client what they need, at a fair price, without a bunch of “extras” conflicted with those sales numbers, so I started my own company.
That’s why nobody here works on commission, and why we don’t pay for advertising: our customers’ referrals do that for us, and the savings go to you. It’s also why our pricing stays the same: no “today only” deals and no inflated prices marked down to look like a bargain. We do great work, save our customers a lot of money, and most of our business comes from their referrals.
